Avoid! What a fed up and burnt out bouncers who can't make any decision. We went there on Saturday night for a friend's leaving do, 3 of us stopped to leave laptop with all music at my place nearby and wanted to rejoin the rest, when we got there we were first in the queue and were told club is closed for next 30 min, ok that's fine apparently there were lots of people inside, but we were counting that over 27 people left club and we waited almost 20-30 mins in freezing cold, I have tried very nicely to explain to security guys that inside are about 20 friends and this girl is leaving to Australia next day, that it is our last chance to see her and basically that party is just getting ruined. Bouncers were completely helpless, they said it is manager who decides what time they will start letting people. Then someone tipsy came out of club and got 3 other people in off the queue and when we asked why they got in but not us, bouncers said it was manager! How unprofessional was that! Can't find words! After about 30 min waiting I suggested very politely that maybe letting us in few min before would not make any harm to anyone and that sooo many people left in the meantime but this bouncer said to me 'stop moaning!' I swear I was nicest as I could be empathising with his not easy work, and I must say not worth at all! I seriously should say loudly what I think about their work ethic and treating customers like zeros instead of being too nice!

Agree with Jojoloca! It happened to me before. What's the point of doing like that?! Manager is tipsy, but I thought he should stay professional as it's his job... and the entrance fee, 7 pounds, is a joke for this poor and sad place. I suggest to stay away from this place until they start to treat people with respect.

Such a lovely place it was when I used to live in Bristol> it used to be called VADIM'S it was a hot place. I have so much memory from this place; it truly was a great pick up place. Great music, a hamburger at 12 midnights and so many good-looking girls. I never left that place by myself. Wonder where Jill, Ann, Patty, Monique and so many others are. I miss Bristol. This nightclub was the place all Persians used to get together. May the memories of those fun college days always live? And Jill you cheated that night stupid. And Ann, I wish I knew where you are. You were a great friend

I live in US now but visit Bristol once or twice a year. I love this city

I think even rating a star is being generous for this rubbish bar. They charge you 5 pound to get in and you just find out that there are only two people dancing, ok fair enough, so we ordered a bottle of manger. Guess what. It's 5.45. What? Is this some posh club in London? No. Total nightmare! So we just got out. Wasted 10 pounds for nothing.

If you like paying , £4 to get in, £4.5 for bottled beer, like listening to rubbish music and like getting thrown out when the manager thinks there is not enough people in the house then this is the place for you

The best bar in town, thanks to having somewhere decent to smoke and not just being shoved out in the cold down some back side ally! The cocktails are wicked too!
