Been to this pub loads of times as it's local the staff were always very friendly since change of staff I think they could do with some customer service training.Went for a drink on Father's Day with my family and the very unfriendly and rude what a shame it would of been a nice day out otherwise...word of advice look at the customer when serving.

I came in for a night out with some friends to have a few drinks and a bite to eat at the baileys the other day and I'm glad to say that I rather enjoyed the experience, the staff were friendly and the meals were lovely, the pub had a great atmosphere which I think was down to a change of management , can't wait to try their new menu with my 25% discount, I shall be returning to baileys more often!

My husband and I have eaten here a few times and have been very pleased. We had a Xmas dinner at the pub last Thurs (12th Dec) when the Landlord put on a special evening including a disco. It was a fab night - food was good and great value for money. The staff had decorated the pub brilliantly, service was excellent and the disco (Graham) was fab as usual. Thank you very much Billy and team - you did us proud.

Just come back from tea at this pub. Been here before and thought it was good value. Today was absolutely dreadful. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was grey, undercooked and tasteless. We told the waitress who came back from the kitchen to say very sorry, but they could do another piece of fish or offer us a free dessert. We opted for a free dessert. Whilst waiting to order this she came back and said very sorry, but they couldn't do a free dessert but could offer 20% off the bill. So we had no option but to agree to this. When the bill came, it was only 10%. When queried, they said we could only have 20% off the food bill not drinks. paid up and went next door to Tesco Express for our dessert to bring home. Very disappointing. A note to mention, it was 7.30 on a Thursday evening and it was empty. Speaks for itself.

I went there on X Mas day with the family @ £37 a head + drinks & it was awful. We were told that the pub would be shut to drinkers & only X Mas lunches only. This was not the case & we hat to wade through the bar to get to our per-booked table, which the waitress wasn't sure which one it was? We had our starters which were barely adequate and then told it was in carvery format do would have to get our own veg,we were not told this when booking as would have not booked here. This is strange as we had steak, salmon, duck & turkey & you don't have the same veg with your meals ie sprouts & stuffing! The steak, duck & salmon was left to dry out under the counter, god knows how long? All of the veg was all cooked badly,we thought it must be trainee chefs? All in all the worst meal I've ever had,the device was poor & forgot the coffee & then the milk which took half an hour to come.the coffee was decaf as well! Don't ever go there fit food unless you want to be disappointed

Great pub with great food.
Landlord very friendly and takes no nonsense. Asked noisy crowd of females who were swearing to leave the premises.
Staff are very helpful and always clearing away tables, making room for new customers.
Food very nice too, especially the Sunday carvery.
We will most definitely be going back.

One of the best meals ever had!!
Where visiting family in Bristol and went for a meal on the Sunday. Staff where friendly and well organised. Food was amazing, Was expecting the usual Microwave pub meals. But everything seem fresh. Service was quick and rather cheap. Desert was loverly (even though I couldn't finish it) Highly recommend this pub. Will defiantly be going again x

Booked a christmas dinner at the baileys court pub and it turned out to be a complete disaster, completely ruined my christmas. Booked in for 2pm and starters didnt come for at least 45 mins bearing in mind, been waiting nearly 30mins just for drinks. Waited another 30mins for main meal and come out bone cold, then the waiter come round and asked what was ordered for desert bearing in mind already pre ordered the whole meal by then I decided to up and leave. No one had even bothered to come out and let me no what was going on and why I was waiting so long between meals, there was no communication what so ever. There is no words that would describe what I would really like to say in this review other then the service was absolutely appalling, no organisation what so ever, and worst of all I used to call Baileys Court Inn my local and if that's the way they treat there locals let alone any other individual I do not recommened eating out at Baileys Court Inn, I certainly wont be ever again. I was not the only complaint made that day.
