Went there for Sunday dinner, food was good but not enough for the price. Service however was poor very unfriendly and uncommunative staff who didn't seem keen to take our order despite the fact that we were well within the serving hours.
We couldn't wait to get out of the place and won't be going back, which is a shame because we are local.

Hi, This pub has been transformed recently, July 2014, and is now a comfortable and welcoming place to eat and drink after a walk in blaise Castle park.

A proper pub on the edge of over 600 acres of national trust land. Gert lush!

Its an alright place but I wouldn't come here if you're looking for an interesting conversation. The locals like it enough though.
