Went her for New Years eve and was slightly disappointed, When we got there we went in the queue for the buffet where we got huge plates and had no where to sit and had to perch on whatever surface we could find.

Later in the night we were on the dance-floor and we noticed the radiators were on full blast and it was really really hot in there and we spoke to a few other people who said the same and some had asked staff if it would be possible to turn the heating off but got "shrugged off" I also asked and I got a reply saying we can't sorry and then the guy on the door walked away to talk to this friend.

Not best of service in this place for the price you pay.

Racks serve the best Sunday roast in bristol. Massive Yorkshire puddings and juicy beef! Nice atmosphere and friendly service.
