just thought i'd put a reply on here as one of the unclean unfriendly bar staff at the summerhouse!!!

1) would love to know how u can tell we do not wash our hands!!!!all sinks are situated away from the bar and dining areas so unless u have a good vision through walls u would never know!

2) Not one of our staff are slow!! Under staffed at times maybe but i can assure u that the staff that are on duty are rushed off their feet to the point of exhaustion trying to please miserable arrogant customers who cannot be pleased by any means at all.

3) The prices of the beer are on an average if not cheaper in some cases than the other local pubs in the area.Last but not least i do not know one member of staff that is unpleasant or unfriendly and most of us who work there can spell GENERALLY!!!!!I suppose out of every 10 customers we have that are lovely and enjoy a night out with us there will always be one that does not. - Report
