Pizza hut cribbs causeway is amazing! I disagree with the other comments, food was great, you get good value for money and the service and staff were so friendly and efficient! I recommend pizza hut to everyone, its family friendly, quick and easy for lunch or catchup with friends and even suited if your looking for a romantic date thats not so pricey! Go Pizza Hut!!!!!! :D
Went to Pizza Hut last night 10/12/13 whilst Christmas shopping in Cribbs Causeway Bristol, ordered 2 individual pizzas, starter and 2 drinks. Our starter of garlic bread arrived,(very nice) we had our salad bowl which was ok. three quarter of an hour later still no pizza.
We were offered a sweet as recompense, the waitress although polite could not explain what had happened to our order, we asked how much longer our food was going to be she could not say, we were offered a discount off our bill which we accepted. Our food eventually arrived which was alright. We could not understand why 2 pizzas took so long to cook.
What's more the Ladies toilets were in a discusting state, debris all over the floor driers not working toilets not flushed.Another customer told me she was going to complain to the management about them.
The restaurant was busy but to be expected as its Christmas, over heard waitress say that they weren' expecting it to be so busy.Two ladies sat behind us also complained about their meal.
