I visited this restaurant with my family for a birthday celebration booked several weeks in advance. Firstly we were informed that 'several items on the menu were not available' . The service was abysmal an hour from ordering until getting the starters another 30 minutes from finishing the starter to the main course. The staff didn't clear the first course and I had to physically hand my dirty plate to the waitress and ask if she would remove it. Food: reasonable when arrived but the salad was crunchy 'with sand' not washed properly and the potatoes hard. I cannot think of anywhere I have visited where the service was so poor. Avoid at all costs
