My colleagues and I visited Horts last Friday 14th December and found that the drinks prices had mysteriously increased....again - a Perroni cost and eye-watering £4.35. Whilst overcharging customers is one thing, treating them as an inconvenience is quite another. As a large group we required some additional seats which we politely asked if we could take from one of a number of unoccupied tables - this was declined as "another group would be using them in half an hour" - 90 minutes later the group had not arrived and we were aksed to move from our seats altogether. Myself & my collegaues were regulars at Horts - we will be frequenting The Slug & Lettuce from now on - shameful behaviour from the bar staff have cost this business dearly.
