Aan excellent pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. great for kids loads for them to do. safe and secure garden with outside screen. Good beer prices, with pies and sausage rolls what more do you want?

Clinical pub, flat screens, sky spots, just stella artois and a few other largers... no ale what so ever. No atmosphere except the occasional students. From my experience myself and a friend went in there and the land lady and land lord stood behind the bar. Not lifting a finger. The only point they did move was to shout at an innocent student for tapping the pool table because his ball was stuck in THIER table. AND to tell them to hurry up with their pool game... despite there being a busy bar with people waiting for drinks.
Nasty pub, probably the worst in the fishponds/ bristol area... avoid at all costs... and this was AFTER a refurbishment.
NB students avoid this pub also... very angry atmosphere.
