Perfect!

Their pizzas are amazing and so are the starters and you can certainly tell that good quality ingredients have been used.
The deals they have are just brilliant, having worked all day I went away with a VERY full stomach... I just had to eat it all!
I recommend this little gem and will certainly be going back very soon.

Bottelinos - now rebranded as Fratellis. Visited Fratelli's on a Saturday evening and had a wonderful time. Good food, massive portions and great value for money. Service was excellent and one of the nicest staff!

Would highly recommend for those looking for a warm, cosy and relaxing weekend dinner!

We had a very poor experience from this restaurant. The main meal was fine, exactly what we had expected for the price.

But unfortunately is was the deserts and then the subsequent customer service received on the day in the restaurant and afterwards from the head office that have let them down.

We felt we needed to contact the head office as a child in our party was served a desert which had mould underneath the cream.

This was clearly identified by all 3 adults in the party. It was shown to a member of staff, who simply took the desert away.

Not apology was offered. When this was challenged and after a lengthy discussion, the desert was removed from the bill.

We were very unsatisfied by this, being made to feel that we were in the wrong to complain about it.

We then contacted the head office of Bottelinos, who finally replied after almost two weeks, after what they called a lengthy investigation their kitchen staff confirmed that it was a discoloured brown banana in the desert and not mould.

Such an insult to our intelligence. I will certainly not be dining in any of their restaurants again as I feel they have chosen to simply ignore the issue that was raised, I would have had far more respect if they had dealt with the issue effectively.

I would certainly not be recommending this restaurant to any of my friends or even my enemies.

Lovely spacious place to eat pizza and watch the world go by. I will be coming back here as the staff were so polite and the food was devine!
