Love what you have done with the place!
More welcoming and cosier. Chairs are so comfy. Music great, now that you got rid of the other DJ!
Been to Papaji's four times since its been revamped.
Food excellent.
Breakfast - best eggs benedict in Bristol, by far!!
Dinner - delicious. Belly pork is my favourite! The cocktails are amazing. SO much choice of teas - wonderful. Good idea to mix tea with alcohol.
Just need to try the afternoon tea now.
Service better than before! Like the new smart look guys, sexy!
I think someone should change the description of Papaji's on VIEW.Bristol. It is NOT Mexican food and it does NOT do tapas. This may put people off!
See you soon lads, Julia from Westbury Park
Had a great dinner and a few drinks at Papaji's last night.
We had two really nicely made cocktails before dinner and chilled out listening to their really good music then had dinner.
I had a Ham hock terrine and pan fried chicken and the boyfriend had pan fried sardines and a hell of a piece of steak. Was gorgeous. Was spot on, really tasty, and a good price.
The staff are friendly but not over-bearing. Drinks selection is very good, had a couple of whiskey's after dinner - good choice of drinks. Everyone should give it a go!
Going to try afternoon tea there as soon as poss.
Am a mum of two young kids, and was hiking up Whiteladies today with them in tow, looking for somewhere to take a load off, and came across this newly opened tea house on Whiteladies Road.
There was a huge range of teas, and the service was quick and friendly, which is always a bonus for parents!
The tea cakes were a hit, and got to relax for a short bit in the afternoon sun, which was lovely.
Really like this place and look forward to going back again.
I ate at Papaji's last weekend and had a very nice goats cheese salad followed by a tasty tuna nicoise salad.
The bar looks really stylish and completely different from Tequila Max - and there was NO mexican food! There were few people finishing off afternoon tea as we arrived which looked amazing.
I was really impressed with the friendly staff and the whole vibe was really relaxed. As it got darker, they turned on some really cool lights and a DJ started playing some eclectic tunes.
I had a few of the tea-based cocktails that were yummy - Blue Star Tea Knee was my favourite.
I really recommend you go and check out this little oasis on Whiteladies - it's definitely different from the rest of the strip.
