Tickets cost £8 and for that you might expect something decent but no.

The rear entrance from Feeder Road has very poor lighting through the car park.
The women's toilets always smell really disgusting to the point that it hits you the moment you walk through the door.
You can't pick your seats when you book online like you can at cue cinemas.
the cinema doesn't seem to have moved on since the eighties same crap non-selection of food and oohing of interest beyond watching the film.
Oh and you can't book student tickets online.

The area around the cinema has restaurants and also the ten pin bowling. There is also lots of places to park and it is free compared to Cinema Dulex in the centre of Bristol.

Food and refreshment prices are the same as all Cinema's.

The Cinema is always busy on Orange Wednesdays so get there early or book your tickets in advance.

Earlier viewings have cheaper prices than the evening ones.

Staff are friendly and some even smile

The price of tickets is now getting silly the staff are not interested so I can only imagine that price increases have not been added to their wages.
On a Wednesday night which is always busy they only have 2 staff for the tickets yet 5-6 staff for refreshments this would be great if they had any thing to sell when you ask for an over priced hot dog you are informed that there is a 20 minute wait so you can start watching your film and then come back out and collect your luke warm excuse for food.
I hope showcase read this review because if you charge top dollar than you expect half decent service.
Don't even get me started on groups of dick weeds chatting all the way through films and the young staff looking onwards unable to control them.
To finish if this cinema was not so close to my house I would never darken it's doors again.
Ps. Wear a coat or take a bag and fill it with refreshments from boots or marks & spensers.

I would always call and check what they are showing as after driving all the way to Bristol this evening and expecting to watch 44 inch chest at 7pm we found that it wasn't showing at all and had not been all day? Not happy and confused as this website said it is.

I watch all the latest films here and the only thin gi can grumble about is the price of the snacks. Unbelievable!
